You start out in Avenues Territory. It also comes packed with "Nuevo Los Angeles FM" A Latino Radio station that plays songs from various Latino gangs in LA. I included it to set the mood of the game, it replaces K-DST FM

To Install, copy all the files into a fresh GTA Install... Suggested that you make a copy of your main GTA SA installation and paste everything in the zip to it...

its just a single player mini total conversion... SCM modding with a few skins tossed in aswell as .dat changes

Can you capture their territories as you can make with the groove , ballas , vagos , etc ?
