Maywood, sans aucun doutes, le quartier qui fait le plus parler ces derniers temps. Certains évoquent même la renaissance du gang de Walcott, Top Six. Entre échanges de coups de feux, et carjacking, le LSPD a du mal à mettre la main sur ces assaillants " Nous nous étions pas préparés à ce qu'une bande de jeune se remette à frapper dans ce coin " témoigne l'agent Springs. C'est dans la nuit du 19/06/2015 qu'une altercation explose une nouvelle fois sur Maywood Drive. Un cortège de véhicule débarquant tout droit d'Idlewood surgissent aux abords du Nord de Flores. Toute cette histoire s'est terminée en bain de sangs, surtout du côté des Pirus qui n'étaient visiblement pas préparés à vivre une telle soirée riche en rebondissement. On évoquerait même que le célèbre footballeur des Spartans, Kewan Winston se serait fait dévisager durant l'affrontement.
